Therapy for children in North London
Mighty Me
Has your child experienced a challenging time in their lives? Perhaps they have faced a significant event within the family, such as, parental separation or divorce, witnessing violence and abuse, hospital admission, bereavement. Or perhaps they have had a really difficult time at school - maybe they have been bullied or struggled with transitions. For some children, these significant life events can impact on self-esteem and trigger anxiety, low mood, nightmares, sleep difficulties, and other emotional reactions.
Mighty Me is designed to help children process such experiences, boost self-esteem, and feel competent to cope with their emotions.
